Mac Tools Slammer Hammer 8-Way Slide Hammer Puller Set, Original Box and Instructions - PS958
Mac Tools Slammer hammer - PS958
The Mac Tools Slammer Hammer, the eight way slide hammer puller set, in the original red box with the factory foam tray and the original parts list and operating instructions. The instruction sheet is dated 1989, so this one has been sitting a while. Mac stopped making it a long time ago.

Condition
The steel is in great shape. Light surface only, no pitting, no rust, jaws straight and unmarked. This kit saw very little work. The box has honest shelf wear at the corners and edges after thirty five years and the foam is stained and dirty, but it all holds together and every piece sits in its pocket. Sold exactly as pictured.
Heavy lot, about 12.4 lb boxed.
The closest set Mac sells today, the ten way PS1190B, lists over $500. This is the older USA era version, and it is not coming back. Straight from the FixingCanoe swap meet stash. God bless.

How this auction works
- Sign in and bid any amount at or above the minimum next bid.
- Bid your maximum and the system bids for you, like eBay. It only uses enough of your max to keep you in front, and nobody ever sees your max. If somebody bids under it, you stay the high bidder automatically.
- Hit Watch and you get an email reminder about a day before the auction ends and again in the final hour.
- Bids in the final minutes extend the clock, so the tool goes to the real high bidder, not the fastest clicker.
- You get an email the moment somebody outbids you, with a link to jump back in.
- Win it and a personal checkout link lands in your email the minute the auction closes, with the price already set to your winning bid. The tool is unlisted on the store, so that private link is the only way to buy it.
- Winning orders need to be completed within 48 hours so everything stays fair for every bidder.
